  1. To secure a lesson or course booking with Ski-Factory a credit card number or deposit will be taken by a Ski-Factory member. Once the deposit is received you will be sent an email booking confirmation.
  2. Full payment is required at the beginning of the week or lesson.
  3. Cancellation within 20 days prior to the course or lesson commencement will incur a 100% cancellation fee. It may be possible, however, to re-sell the cancelled lesson in which case a refund will be given.
  4. No refund will be given to clients who simple don't turn up.
  5. Ski-Factory team members cannot be held responsible for conditions out of its control such as slope/lift closures due to bad weather or if the lesson is cancelled due to injury. We are happy to supply a letter to your insurance company.
  6. Groups and courses will run when a minimum of 3 people are booked. If 3 people are not booked 7 days before the week is due to start then you will be offered the option of changing to a private lesson at the current Ski-Factory rate.
  7. Ski-Factory will endeavor to make sure clients are well informed prior to the lesson. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure they know meeting points, times and also make themselves known to the Ski-Factory instructor.
  8. All clients booking lessons, courses or guiding with Ski-Factory must make sure that they have the appropriate ski insurance. If booking an off-piste, avalanche safety, touring, steep skiing, heliski, ski/snowboard lesson... please ensure your insurance covers you for these activities.

NB: We strongly recommend off-piste skiers should be well informed about the weather or snow conditions. Backcountry skiers and boarders should never travel alone. All members of your group should wear a transceiver known as ARVA and know how to use it. In addition to your transceiver everyone should also carry a shovel and a probe. Skiers and boarders should make sure they advise someone of where they are going and when they will next make contact. Carrying a mobile phone is highly recommended.
