This is designed to educate you in the dangers and the necessary skills that are required to ski at a safe level. It provides you with the guidance to cover a wide range of practical skills that all high mountain skiers require.

This course is in 2 parts: Practical course on the mountain including rescue training. A theory lesson on how to use your equipment and information on mountain awareness. An intermediate level of skier or boarder is required.
